摘 要:针对现有环保管控监管方法无法精准研判排污企业异常生产识别与环保指令研判的问题,文章聚焦重点排污企业用户,挖掘分析用电特性数据,构建污染企业异常生产研判与识别模型、企业环保指令响应评估模型。将企业用电数据、环保指令数据等接入数据中台,构建分析数据集,在数据标记的基础上采用聚类分析挖掘企业典型生产曲线,计算排污企业环保指令响应概率。基于中台建立Smartbi数据分析场景,为监管部门提供预警,助力环保监控工作提升。Aiming at the problem that the existing environmental protection control and supervision methods cannot accurately study and judge the abnormal production identification of polluting enterprises and their environmental protection instructions, this paper focuses on users of key pollutant companies, to mine and analyze electricity consumption characteristics data, and construct a research and identification model for abnormal production of polluting companies and an evaluation model for corporate environmental protection command response. It connects enterprise electricity consumption data, environmental protection instruction data, etc. to construct a data set, uses cluster analysis to mine the typical production curve of the enterprise on the basis of data labeling, and calculates the response probability of polluting enterprises’ environmental protection instruction. Based on the establishment of Smartbi data analysis scenarios in the middle station, it provides early warning for regulatory authorities and helps improve environmental monitoring.
