摘 要:针对电力信息项目后评估中存在的评估专家主观性强、评估效果差的问题,提出了一种基于贝叶斯网络的电力信息项目后评估方法。提取电力信息项目后评估指标数据特征,并采用贝叶斯网络对电力信息项目后评估指标进行分类,形成典型的电力信息项目评估指标集,并根据专家经验进行初始值赋值;根据区域电力信息项目的建设特点,采用熵权法对电力信息项目后评估指标的权重进行调整。在此基础上对某区域的238个电力信息项目进行评估,其结果验证了所提基于贝叶斯网络的电力信息项目后评估方法的可行性和有效性。Aiming at the problems of strong subjectivity and poor evaluation effect of evaluation experts in power information project post evaluation, a power information project post evaluation method based on Bayesian network is proposed in this paper. The data characteristics of post evaluation indexes of power information project are extracted, and the post evaluation indexes of power information project are classified by Bayesian network to form a typical evaluation index set of power information project, and the initial value is assigned according to expert experience. According to the construction characteristics of regional power information projects, the entropy weight method is used to adjust the weight of post evaluation indexes of power information projects. On this basis, 238 power information projects in a region are evaluated, and the results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the power information project post evaluation method based on Bayesian network.
