摘 要:常用的烟草生产全过程质量追溯模型是根据经验值分析烟草成分的,追溯定位的准确率低,时间开销较大。为了解决此问题,构建基于改进主成分分析的烟草生产全过程质量追溯模型。确定烟草生产全过程数据结构和数据采集时间序列,计算烟草生产全过程数据流,提取烟草生产全过程数据;采用改进主成分分析,设计烟草成分分析算法,得到烟草表征属性值,判断烟草生产全过程质量;根据烟草生产全过程数据性质,构建烟草生产全过程质量追溯模型,设计烟草生产全过程质量追溯过程,追溯烟草生产全过程质量。实验结果表明,此模型追溯16个不同大小的烟草生产全过程数据集,追溯的质量数据节点数目达到了6 661,追溯定位的平均准确率为99.45%,产生的时间开销为5.75 s,时间开销较小,具有较优的追溯效率和较高的追溯准确率。The commonly used whole-process quality traceability model of tobacco production analyzes the tobacco composition according to the empirical value, and the accuracy of traceability positioning is low, and produces a large time overhead. To solve this problem, the whole-process quality traceability model of tobacco production based on improving the main component analysis is constructed. We determine the data structure and data collection time series of the whole process of tobacco production, calculate the data flow of the whole process of tobacco production, extract the whole process data of tobacco production. We also improve the main component analysis and design the tobacco composition analysis algorithm to obtain the tobacco characterization attribute value and judge the quality of the whole process of tobacco production. According to the data nature of the whole process of tobacco production, the quality traceability model of the whole process of tobacco production is constructed, the whole process of tobacco production is designed, and the quality of the whole process of tobacco production is traced. The experimental results show that the research model traces 16 datasets of different sizes, the number of quality data nodes reaches 6 661, the average accuracy is 99.45%, the time cost 5.75 s, has excellent traceability efficiency and high traceability accuracy.
