摘　　要：本文通过分析城市轨道交通设备工程特点,对比其设备监理市场需求与供给情况,得出了设备监理供给滞后于市场需求的重要结论。笔者通过研究,提出以《国家标准化发展纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)为指引,通过探析“质量效益型”标准内涵,准确把握市场需求趋势及特点,提出了构建满足市场需求的设备监理标准体系的实施路径,并对建立实施效果评价机制进行了探索。该研究旨在贯彻《纲要》精神,有效发挥标准在设备监理服务提升中的支撑引领作用,为满足业主不断提升的需求,始终保持设备监理服务的先进性提供了新思路。This paper analyzes the characteristics of urban rail transit equipment engineering, compares the market demand and supply of equipment supervision, and draws an important conclusion that the supply of equipment supervision lags behind the market demand. Through research, the author puts forward to the National Standardization Development Compendium(hereinafter referred to as the Outline) as the guide, through the analysis of connotation of the “product quality standard”, accurately grasps the market demand trends and characteristics, proposes the implementation path of the construction of equipment supervision standard system to meet the market demand, and explores to set up the mechanism of effect evaluation. This study aims to implement the spirit of the Outline, effectively play the supporting and leading role of standards in the improvement of equipment supervision services, and provide new ideas for meeting the increasing needs of owners and maintaining the advancement of equipment supervision services.
