摘　　要：合格的质量总监须采取卓越绩效目标管理方法持续改进,要建立健全目标责任体系、质量保证体系、技术支撑体系;充分应用质保监查/监督方法维护体系持续有效运行;实施质量精细化管理,对重点关键环节、工艺链及关键工艺实施5M1E预控措施;营造良好核安全文化氛围,建设质量信得过班组,推进质量风险管控和缺陷排查治理,组织并持续推进质量大联检等质量活动,可实现工程零质量事件的良好绩效。正确履职的做法可为各行业如何做合格的质量总监提供参考。A qualified quality director must adopt excellent performance target management methods for continuous improvement, and establish and improve target responsibility system, quality assurance system and technical support system;and make full use of quality assurance supervision/supervision methods to maintain the continuous and effective operation of the system;put forward measures for fine quality management, implement 5M1E pre-control measures for key links, process chain and key process;create a good nuclear safety culture atmosphere,build quality trustworthy teams, promote quality risk control and defect troubleshooting and governance, organize and continue to promote quality activities such as quality joint inspection, which can achieve good performance of zero quality events in the project. The correct performance of duties can provide reference for how to be a qualified quality director in various industries.
