摘  要:本文针对660 MW超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉投运2年以来水冷壁和外置床发生的设计问题及运行过程中易出现的故障进行了全面原因分析,并提出了主要解决措施。通过对受热面出现的一系列问题原因进行分析,为后续更大容量循环流化床机组的设计提供借鉴,通过采取针对性措施,大大提高了锅炉运行的稳定性和可靠性。This paper analyzes the design problems of water wall and external bed and the faults those are easy to occur during operation of the 660 MW supercritical CFB boiler since it was put into operation two years ago, and introduces the main solutions. By analyzing the causes of a series of problems on the heating surface, it can provide reference for the subsequent design of larger capacity CFB units. By taking targeted measures, the stability and reliability of boiler operation have been greatly improved.
