摘 要:隔离开关刀闸位置判别是倒闸操作中的重要环节,安全可靠的状态表示电路,可防止状态信号错误表示。本文根据一键顺控技术的发展要求,分析了几种常见的隔离开关分合位置辅助判别方法的原理及优缺点,其与辅助开关分合闸信号构成隔离开关刀闸位置的非同源“双确认”判据,并针对传统辅助开关分合闸信号传输电路的缺陷,设计了一种新型隔离开关分合闸状态表示电路,通过增加电路导通条件,提高传输电路的可靠性,进一步加强了“双确认”系统的准确性,为一键顺控操作技术的完善提供有力支撑。Position detemination of disconnector is an important step in switching operation. A secure and reliable state indication circuit can prevent incorrect indication of state signal. In this paper, the principles, advantages and disadvantages of several common auxiliary detemination methods for the on/off position of disconnector are analyzed according to the development requirements of one-key sequential control technology. These methods constitute a non-homologous "double confirmation" criterion of the disconnector position together with the opening and closing signals of auxiliary switch. Aiming at the defects of the traditional auxiliary switch opening and closing signal transmission circuit, a new type of disconnector opening and closing state indication circuit is designed. The reliability of the transmission circuit can be improved and the accuracy of the "double confirmation" system can be further strengthened by increasing the circuit conduction conditions. The study provides strong support for the development of the one-key sequential control operation technology.
