摘  要:发电站主给水泵组出现转速故障报警时,需排查泵体温度是否均衡,泵上下壳体温差大会导致泵壳膨胀不均匀,使泵壳和泵轴产生碰磨,泵轴碰磨出现转速低报警,同时可能导致泵轴损伤。加强泵体保温,有效减缓泵体的散热,减小泵壳上下部温差,可以有效缓解该问题。在泵壳安装在线温度探头并设置偏差报警,作为启泵条件,可以有效起到预警的用作,避免泵轴和泵壳碰磨风险。When the main feed pump unit of power station has speed fault alarm, it is necessary to check whether the temperature of pump body is balanced. Significant temperature difference between the upper and lower of the pump case will lead to uneven expansion of the pump case, which cause the touching and grinding between the pump case and the pump shaft. As a consequence, the low-speed alarm will be triggered and the pump shaft could be damaged. The problem can be effectively mitigated by strengthening the thermal insulation of the pump body, which could effectively slow down the heat dissipation of the pump body and reduce the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the pump case. Installing online temperature probes in the pump case and setting a deviation alarm as a pump starting condition can effectively serve as an early warning to avoid the risk of the touching and grinding between the pump shaft and the pump case.
