摘 要:目的 探索建筑石料用灰岩矿山典型岗位接触石灰石粉尘的总尘与呼尘浓度的比值关系——TR值的规律,确定TR值的置信区间及其影响因素。方法 通过收集2017—2021年山东省平阴县5家矿山总尘和呼尘的检测数据,分别求得不同年份、不同矿山开采作业的凿岩、二次破碎、挖掘、转运4个岗位的TR值及其平均值,采用Q检验、S-W检验及方差分析进行数据分析,检验水准设为α=0.05。结果 建筑石料用灰岩矿山TR值总体分布服从N(2.52,0.056)的正态分布。TR值分布在(1.81,3.23)中的概率为0.997 3,95%CI:2.41~2.63。建筑石料用灰岩矿山TR值为2.52。同矿种矿山的岗位差异对TR值无影响,差异无统计学意义(P=0.208 0),而矿间差异对TR值有影响,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010 3)。结论建筑石料用灰岩矿山TR值为2.52。同矿种矿山的岗位差异对TR值无影响,矿间差异对TR值有影响。TR值可作为粉尘检测结果质量的判定依据,亦可用于制定质量控制图。Objective To explore the rule of ratio relationship between total dust and respirable dust(TR value) of limestone for building materials at typical position and to determine the confidence interval(CI) of TR value and its significant influence factors. Methods The test results of total dust and respirable dust from five mines in Pingyin County,Shandong Province from 2017 to 2021were collected. The TR values and their average values of drilling,secondary crushing,excavation and transshipment positions in different mines of different years were obtained. Q test, S-W test and variance analysis were used for data analysis, and the test level was α =0.05. Results The overall distribution of TR value of limestone mine for building materials followed the normal distribution of N(2.52, 0.056). The probability of TR value distribution in(1.81, 3.23) was0.997 3(95% CI: 2.41-2.63). The TR value of limestone mine for building materials was 2.52.The post difference of the same mine had no effect on the TR value,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.208 0). However, the difference between mines had a significant effect on the TR value(P=0.010 3). Conclusions The TR value of limestone mine for building materials was 2.52. The post difference of the same mine had no effect on the TR value,while the difference between mines had a significant effect on the TR value. TR value can be used to judge the quality of dust detection results,and can also be used to formulate the quality control chart.
