摘　　要：为充分利用土地资源,结合新型基础设施建设要求,解决城市停车难、电动汽车充电难的问题,提出了利用中心城区土地将110 kV变电站与不同功能设施结合共同建设的方案。本文总结了现状110 kV变电站基于现有用地面积指标体系下存在的问题,研究了110 kV城市变电站与数据中心站、充电站、5G基站结合建设的相关要求,提出了110 kV变电站结合建设方案,实现了提高土地利用率和降低建设成本的效果。In order to make full use of land resources,combine with the requirements of new infrastructure con-struction,and solve the problems of urban parking and electric vehicle charging,it is proposed to use the land in the central city to combine the construction of 110 kV substation with different functional facilities.This paper summarizes the existing problems of 110 kV substation based on the existing land area index system,studies the relevant requirements for the integrated construction of 110 kV urban substation with data center stations,charg-ing stations and 5G base stations,and puts forward the combined construction scheme of 110 kV substation to achieve the effect of improving the land utilization rate.
