百万超超临界机组双背压凝汽器液位异常分析及处理

摘  要:某百万超超临界机组在整套启动期间,双背压凝汽器两侧液位出现异常偏差,低背压侧凝汽器液位维持不变,而高背压侧凝汽器缓慢上涨直至与低背压侧凝汽器形成1 113 mm的液位偏差后保持相对稳定。过高的液位差会影响凝汽器的正常换热效果,降低机组运行效率及安全稳定性,液位异常期间通过溶氧量及真空度的变化,发现清理凝结水泵入口滤网时,操作不当使空气漏入了凝汽器,是导致凝汽器液位产生偏差的根本原因,及时进行故障消除处理后系统恢复了正常运行。During the start-up ofa 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit,abnormal deviations occurred on both sides of the duplex pressure condenser:the level of the low pressure side remained unchanged,while the level of the high pressure side rose slowly until it formed a level deviation of 1113 mm over the low pressure side and then kept relatively stable.The excessively high level would affect the normal heat transfer of the condenser,and re-duce the operation efficiency and safety stability of the unit.Through the change of dissolved oxygen and vacuum degree during the period of abnormal liquid level,the cause of the problem was determined and eliminated for the normal operation of the system.
