摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理干预对痔疮患者术后并发症发生率和临床护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连大学附属新华医院肛肠科VIP病房就诊的50例痔疮术后患者,试验组25例采取综合护理干预,对照组25例采取临床常规护理,比较两组患者的发症发生率和临床护理满意度。结果 试验组患者术后并发症发生率为4.00%,对照组并发症发生率为12.00%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组临床护理满意度为100.00%,对照组临床护理满意度为84.00%,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对痔疮患者手术后采取综合护理干预可以提高临床护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the significance of comprehensive nursing intervention in the incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction in patients with hemorrhoids. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 50 patients with hemorrhoids treated in the VIP ward of anorectal department of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University were selected. 25 patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing and 25 patients in the control group received routine nursing. The incidence of disease and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was 4.00%, and that in the control group was 12.00%.The experimental group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%, and that of the control group was 84.00%. The experimental group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with hemorrhoids after surgery can improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of clinical promotion.
