92例急性缺血性脑卒中患者应用Solitaire AB支架取栓术治疗后的监护体会

摘　　要：目的 总结分析92例急性缺血性脑卒中患者应用Solitaire AB支架取栓术治疗后的监护效果。方法 回顾分析福建医科大学附属漳州市医院外科监护室自2020年1月至2020年3月应用Solitaire AB支架取栓术治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者92例的临床资料,从术后监护方面总结护理方法,采用NIHSS评分、Barthle评分分析护理效果。结果 在92例急性缺血性脑卒中应用Solitaire AB支架取栓术治疗的患者中,成功开通89例,开通率为96.74%。与术前的NIHSS评分与Barthle评分比较,术后患者神经功能缺损与生活自理能力有显著改善(P <0.05)。结论 精准的术后监护,可以改善行Solitaire AB支架机械取栓术治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能,提高生活自理能力。Objective To summarize and analyze the nursing effect of postoperative monitoring of 92 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were embolized with Solitaire AB stent. Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were treated in the surgical care unit of Zhangzhou Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to March 2020 with Solitaire AB stent thrombectomy were retrospectively analyzed. The nursing methods were summarized from postoperative monitoring, and the nursing effects were analyzed with NIHSS score and Barthle score. Results Of the 92 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were embolized with Solitaire AB stent, 89 patients were successfully opened, the activation rate was 96.74%. Compared with the preoperative Barthle score and NIHSS score, the postoperative patients had significant improvement in neurological deficit and self-care ability(P<0.05). Conclusion Accurate postoperative monitoring can improve the neurological function, self-care ability of patients with acute ischemic stroke after mechanical thrombectomy with Solitaire AB stent.
