长期卧床患者压疮发生的危险因素分析及应对策略研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨长期卧床接受治疗的患者发生压疮的原因,并针对性提出干预对策。方法 在2018年12月至2019年12月选取研究对象,研究对象的总人数为60例,并且均在我院接受住院治疗的患者,统计患者的一般资料、治疗信息、发生压疮的情况等资料,采用卡方检验、Logistic多因素回归分析导致卧床患者发生压疮的影响因素。结果 Logistic多因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、下肢骨折、脊髓损伤、重症科室治疗经历、卧床时间、修正版Braden评分、意识障碍、大小便失禁、应用减压工具等因素均是导致患者在治疗期间发生压疮的影响因素。结论 长期卧床治疗的患者发生压疮后会对整体治疗效果产生影响,应该针对影响因素采取可行的干预措施,以改善患者的生活治疗,使得压疮发生概率有效降低。Objective To explore and analyze the causes of pressure ulcers in patients receiving treatment in bed for a long time, and put forward targeted intervention countermeasures. Methods The subjects were selected from December 2018 to December 2019. The total number of subjects was 60, and all of them were patients receiving inpatient treatment in our hospital. The general data, treatment information and the occurrence of pressure ulcers of patients were counted. Chi-square test and Logistic multivariate regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of pressure ulcers in bedridden patients. Results Logistic multivariate analysis showed that gender, age, lower limb fracture, spinal cord injury, treatment experience in intensive care department, bed time, modified Braden score, disturbance of consciousness, incontinence, application of decompression tools and other factors were all influencing factors leading to the occurrence of pressure ulcers in patients during treatment. Conclusion Pressure sores in patients with long-term bed treatment will affect the overall therapeutic effect, and feasible intervention measures should be taken according to the influencing factors to improve the life treatment of patients, so that the probability of pressure sores can be effectively reduced.
