温针灸治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析脑卒中后肌张力增高患者在实施治疗的过程中应用温针灸的治疗效果。方法 本次试验研究的对象共有脑卒中后肌张力增高患者108例,病例选取时间为2018年12月至2019年12月,根据其入院顺序的单双号将患者分为人数相等的两组,单号设为对比组,共有患者54例,治疗方法为康复训练,双号设为研究组,共有患者54例,治疗方法为在康复训练的基础上加用温针灸,对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率与对比组患者相比明显较高(P <0.05);治疗后,研究组患者上肢肌张力、上肢活动能力,下肢肌张力、下肢活动能力以及生活自理能力评分、生活质量评分均与对比组患者存在显著差异(P <0.05),而治疗前两组患者上肢肌张力、上肢活动能力,下肢肌张力、下肢活动能力以及生活自理能力评分、生活质量评分均无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论 脑卒中后肌张力增高患者在实施治疗过程中,在康复训练基础上加用温针灸治疗可以改善患者的上下肢肌张力和活动能力,提高患者的生活自理能力,为患者的更好治疗、恢复均提供了基础,具有显著的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture during the treatment of patients with increased muscle tone after stroke.Methods The subjects of this experimental study were 108 patients with increased muscle tone after stroke. The case selection period was from December 2018 to December 2019. The patients were divided into equal numbers according to the admission order. In the two groups, the single number was used as a comparison group, with a total of 54 patients, the treatment method was rehabilitation training, and the double number was used as a study group, with a total of 54 patients. The treatment method was the addition of warm acupuncture on the basis of rehabilitation training.Clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the comparison group(P<0.05). After treatment, the study group patients had upper limb muscle tension, mobility, lower limb muscle tension, mobility,and life, the self-care ability and quality of life were significantly different from those in the comparison group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with upper limb muscle tension, mobility, lower limb muscle tension, mobility, and self-care ability and quality of life(P>0.05). Conclusion In the process of treating patients with increased muscle tone after stroke, the use of warm acupuncture on the basis of rehabilitation training can improve the muscle tension and mobility of the upper and lower limbs of the patient, improve the patient’s self-care ability, good treatment and recovery both provide the foundation and have significant therapeutic effects.
