整体护理在机械通气联合血液透析救治有机磷中毒患者中应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析有机磷中毒患者机械通气联合血液透析救治期间的护理需求,评价整体护理干预对患者救治预后效果的影响。方法 选择我院2019年5月至2020年7月进行救治的有机磷中毒患者(n=80),均采取机械通气联合血液透析治疗。按照入院先后顺序将患者分组为两组。每组40例患者。对照组中毒患者采取常规护理,观察组中毒患者采取整体护理干预。结果 观察组并发症总发生率、机械通气时间、阿托品化时间、阿托品使用量、住院时间均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,均P <0.05。结论 机械通气联合血液透析救治有机磷中毒患者期间加强整体护理干预有助于患者临床恢复、提升患者的安全性。Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with organophosphate poisoning during the treatment of mechanical ventilation combined with hemodialysis, and to evaluate the impact of holistic nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients. Methods Select organophosphorus poisoning patients(n=80) who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to July 2020, and were treated with mechanical ventilation combined with hemodialysis.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission, forty patients in each group. The poisoned patients in the control group took routine care, and the poisoned patients in the observation group took holistic nursing intervention. Results The total incidence of complications,mechanical ventilation time, atropineization time, dosage of atropine, hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion Strengthening holistic nursing intervention during the treatment of patients with organophosphate poisoning by mechanical ventilation combined with hemodialysis can help patients with clinical recovery and improve their safety.
