恶性肿瘤化疗导致重度骨髓抑制患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的 研究护理干预在恶性肿瘤化疗导致重度骨髓抑制患者护理中的临床效果。方法 摘选2019年1月至2020年1月于我院接受恶性肿瘤化疗且出现重度骨髓抑制的患者100例,先随机抽出50例将其作为对照组,开展常规护理,其余50例作为观察组,行系统化综合护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 护理后,观察组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分、生活质量各维度评分、并发症情况均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对于恶性肿瘤化疗导致重度骨髓抑制患者对其开展系统化综合护理,可有效改善患者的心理状态,减少各类相关并发症的发生,更有利于患者安全渡过骨髓抑制期。Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with severe myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020, 100 patients with severe myelosuppression who received chemotherapy for malignant tumor in our hospital were selected, 50 patients were randomly selected as control group to carry out routine nursing, and the remaining 50 patients were taken as observation group. The nursing results of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, patients in the observation group had better SDS scores, SAS scores, quality of life scores on all dimensions, and complications than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion For patients with severe myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy for malignant tumors, systematic and comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, reduce the occurrence of various related complications, and is more conducive to patients safely through the myelosuppression period.
