人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的效果及对其护理质量满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析在恢复期精神分类症护理中应用人文关怀的效果,探讨患者对护理质量满意度的影响。方法 自2020年1月以恢复期精神分裂症患者为对象展开本研究,截止2022年6月纳入100例患者进行对照。按照平均、随机的原则将患者分组护理,分为50例的一般组、50例的干预组,分别实施基础性护理、人文关怀护理。以BPRS、SDSS量表评价护理效果,以SF-36量表评估生活质量,统计患者护理依从性、满意度并进行比较。结果 分析护理效果,干预组护理后BPRS、SDSS量表得分均低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);分析护理依从性,干预组整体护理依从性高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);分析护理质量满意度,干预组整体护理满意度高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);分析生活质量,干预组护理后各领域生活质量量表得分均高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 恢复期精神分类症患者在护理工作中融入人文关怀模式能够提升护理效果,有利于改善患者病情和社会功能,患者更好地配合护理,对于护理质量具备较高的满意度和认可度,提高整体生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of applying humanistic care in the nursing of convalescent psychosis, and explore the influence on the satisfaction of nursing quality. Methods From January 2020, the study was carried out on c onvalescent schizophrenic patients, and by June 2022,100 patients were included for control. According to the average and random principle, the patients were divided into general group of 50 cases and intervention group of 50 cases for basic nursing and humanistic care. The scores of BPRS and SDSS were used to evaluate the nursing effect, and SF-36 was used to assess the quality of life. The patients’ nursing compliance and satisfaction were counted and compared. Results Analysis of nursing effect showed that the scores of BPRS and SDSS in the intervention group were lower than those in the general group after nursing(P<0.05).The analysis of nursing compliance showed that the overall nursing compliance of the intervention group was higher than that of the general group(P<0.05). The analysis of nursing quality satisfaction showed that the overall nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the general group(P<0.05). By analyzing the quality of life, it could be seen that the scores of each field quality of life scale in the intervention group after nursing were higher than those in the general group(P<0.05). Conclusion The humanistic care model integrated in the nursing work of patients with mental classification in the recovery period can improve the nursing effect, and is conducive to improving the condition and social function of patients. The patients can better cooperate with the nursing care, and have high satisfaction and recognition for the quality of nursing care, thus improving the overall quality of life.
