摘  要:废阴极是铝电解业不可避免的固体废弃物,含有大量的毒害物质,且有很高的回收潜能。综述了废阴极三类处理方法研究现状,重点回顾了废阴极综合处理工艺进展,对比了三类方法优劣。全面分析铝电解废阴极综合回收处理技术,发现高温热处理具有处理量大、反应速率快、二次污染小等优势,超声波辅助浸出具有产物纯度高、反应速率快、流程简单等特点,两种工艺发展前景广阔,需加强工业化应用探索。Spent cathode carbon(SCC), which contains a lot of toxic substances and has high recovery potential, is an inevitable solid waste in aluminum electrolysis industry. In this paper, research status of three kinds of treatment methods for SCC was summarized, and comprehensive treatment progress of SCC was reviewed with comparison of the three methods. After analysis of SCC comprehensive recovery and treatment technology, it was found that high temperature heat treatment has the advantages of large treatment capacity, fast reaction rate, and small secondary pollution. And ultrasonic assisted leaching process has the characteristics of high product purity, fast reaction rate, and simple process. The two processes have broad prospects for development and need to strengthen the exploration of industrial application.
