摘  要:针对工业现场的电网中常见的电路故障,介绍了一种基于PIC16F785单片机的智能固态继电器的设计方案和实现方法。智能固态继电器通过实时监测负载中的工作电流,来对电路进行通断切换、输出报警以及故障诊断,并通过一组LED灯反馈运行状态。用户可以运用继电器的电流示教功能设定安全电流值,并持续检测当前电流以实现稳定工作和报警功能,具有工作可靠、响应快速、安装方便等优点。现场调试表明,该继电器模块能够完成对负载用电设备电流实时监测,性能稳定。Aiming at the common circuit faults in the power grid of industrial site, this paper introduces the design scheme and implementation method of an intelligent solid-state relay based on PIC16F785 single chip microcomputer. The intelligent solid-state relay monitors the working current in the load in real time, switches the circuit on and off, outputs an alarm and diagnoses the fault, and feeds back the running state through a group of LED lights. Users can use the relay’s current teaching function to set the safe current value, and continuously detect the current to achieve stable work and alarm function. It has the advantages of reliable work, quick response and convenient installation. The field debugging shows that the relay module can complete the real-time monitoring of the current of the load electrical equipment, and its performance is stable.
