摘　　要：1980年2月23日,全国第一支青年服务队——上海自行车三厂青年服务队诞生。青年服务队出现于改革开放初期的上海,并非历史的偶然,而是特殊社会历史环境下众多因素交织、联合和相互作用的结果。青年服务队的历史脉络显示,这一青年思想政治引领的形式,既适应了改革开放后人民对物质文明的迫切需要,同时又反映了青年对社会主义精神文明的自觉追求,因此得到了党和国家领导人的高度重视,成为中国青年志愿服务的雏形,具有重要的社会意义、教育意义以及经济意义。On February 23,1980,the first youth service team in China,the Youth Service Team of Shanghai No.3 Bicycle Factory,was born.The youth service team appeared in Shanghai at the early stage of reform and opening-up was a result of interwoven factors under special social and historical environment rather than a historical accident.The historical context of the youth service team showed that this form of youth ideological and political guidance not only met the urgent needs of the people for material civilization after the reform and opening-up,but also reflected the youth's conscious pursuit of socialist spiritual civilization.Therefore,it has been highly valued by the Party and state leaders,and has become the embryonic form of Chinese youth voluntary service,with rich social,educational and economic significance.
