摘  要:磁性纳米材料因具有毒性小、催化作用强、分散性快、性质稳定等优异性能,因此在纳米材料科学领域被广泛应用,在新材料,能源,信息,生物医学等各个领域发挥举足轻重的作用。其中,钴系氧化物因其表面原子的占比较高,比表面积较大,故通常具有良好的表面效应,因而具有较高的负载能力。本研究采用液相沉淀法制备了Co3O4纳米颗粒,然后将L-酪氨(L-Tyrosine)通过化学键合的方式修饰到Co3O4纳米颗粒表面,得到了Co3O4@L-Tyrosine磁性纳米复合材料;采用了扫描电子显微镜、凝胶电泳、红外和紫外光谱分析等实验对其进行形貌和性能表征。实验结构表明,表面修饰L-Tyrosine的Co3O4纳米材料在核酸提取和染料降解方面具有显著的效果。Magnetic nanomaterials are widely used in the field of nanomaterial science due to their excellent properties such as low toxicity,strong catalysis,fast dispersion and stable properties,and play a pivotal role in various fields such as new materials,energy,information and biomedicine.Among them,cobalt oxide usually has good surface effect and high loading capacity because of its high proportion of surface atoms and large specific surface area.In this study,Co3O4nanoparticles were prepared by liquid precipitation method,and then L-Tyrosine was modified onto the surface of Co3O4nanoparticles by chemical bonding to obtain Co3O4@L-Tyrosine magnetic nanocomposites.Scanning electron microscopy,gel electrophoresis,infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy were used to characterize the morphology and properties of the polymer.The experimental structure shows that the surface modified L-Tyrosine Co3O4nanomaterial has remarkable effect on nucleic acid extraction and dye degradation.
