摘 要:高钠煤由于Na2O含量较高,导致其灰熔点较低而影响其直接作为气流床干煤粉气化的原料用煤。本文采用配煤技术对高钠煤灰熔融特性进行调控,利用煤样组成的差异,研究高钠煤作为气流床干煤粉气化工艺原料用煤可行性。实验结果表明:将Mxj和Mnxm煤样按照1∶1进行复配,复配后煤样灰分含量15%,复配煤灰属于典型的玻璃体渣,黏度15~50 Pa·S时对应温度为1460~1370℃,处于气流床干煤粉气化炉操作温度范围内,且复配煤样的流动温度和软化温度之间差值为41℃,在工业应用中十分有利于进行气化操控,完全可以满足气流床干煤粉气化原料用煤要求。Due to the high content of Na2O in coal, the ash melting point of high sodium coal is low, which affects its direct use as dry pulverized coal gasification raw material. This paper studies the feasibility of using high sodium coal as raw material for dry pulverized coal entrainment gasification process by adjusting the fusibility of coal ash through coal blending technology and using the difference of coal sample composition. The experimental results show that Mxj and Mnxm are compounded according to 1∶1 coal, and the ash content is 15 % after compounding. The compounded coal sample belongs to typical vitreous slag.When the viscosity is 15~50 Pa·S, the corresponding temperature is 1460~1370 ℃, which is within the operating temperature range of the entrained flow dry pulverized coal gasifier, and the difference between the flow temperature and softening temperature of the mixed coal samples is 41 ℃, which is very conducive to gasification control in industrial applications. It can fully meet the requirements of raw coal for entrained flow dry pulverized coal gasification.
