摘　　要：对实验室研究的一款修护舒缓乳霜功效探讨,并进行人体临床功效测试,评价其修护,褪红,舒缓功效。选择32名18~40岁敏感肌的健康志愿者作为研究对象,通过使用修护舒缓乳霜前后对比;每天2次,早晚各1次,连续使用4周,比较在使用产品前W0、使用产品W4后采用经皮水分流失仪(TewameterTM300)对比测试经皮失水率TEWL、面部图像分析仪(VISIA-CR)拍照对比脸颊红区变化、以及皮肤科医生通过对面部敏感症状评分(红斑、红疹、干燥、脱屑、水肿、丘疹等)和受试者自行评估,综合评估该产品功效。经对比发现产品连续使用4周后能明显降低皮肤受到外界刺激因素后经皮失水率TEWL,表明产品具有修护皮肤屏障功效;脸颊红区面积差异虽无显著性,但其面积占比有一定降低,表明褪红趋势有所改善;面部红斑、红疹、干燥、脱屑、水肿、丘疹等综合评估效果得到明显缓解,表明产品具有舒缓功效。Study on the efficacy of a repairing and soothing cream in laboratory, And human clinical efficacy tests, Evaluate its repair, Faded red, Soothing effect. Thirty-two healthy volunteers aged 18 to 40 with sensitive muscles were selected as subjects, Before and after comparison by using repair soothing cream;2times a day, Once in the morning and evening, Continuous use for 4 weeks, Compare before using the product, After product W4 was used, the transdermal water loss rate(Tewameter TM300) was compared and tested, The facial Image Analyzer(VISIA-CR) takes pictures to compare the changes in the red areas of the cheeks,And self-assessment by dermatologists and subjects on facial sensitivity scores(erythema, rashes, dryness, desquamation, edema, papules, etc.),Comprehensively evaluate the efficacy of the product. By comparison, it was found that the product could significantly reduce the TEWL after 4 weeks of continuous use, It indicates that the product has the effect of repairing skin barrier;There was no significant difference in the red area of cheeks, But its area ratio has decreased to a certain extent, The results showed that the fading trend was improved;The comprehensive evaluation of facial erythemarashes, dryness, desquamation, edema and papules was significantly relieved, It shows that the product has a soothing effect.
