摘　　要：伊贝母具有清热润肺,化痰止咳的作用。临床用于由阴虚、肺热引起的咳嗽、带血痰等症的治疗。20世纪末,因为野生伊犁贝母被人们过度地滥采滥挖,导致野生伊贝母资源量紧缺。近年来,新疆多地进行了针对伊贝母的人工培育,人工培育备受重视,所以伊犁贝母的资源紧缺情况有一定缓解。本文对伊贝母的化学成分、生物活性和栽培种植等研究进展进行综述,以期为伊贝母药用资源的开发利用提供参考。Fritillaria Pallidiflora has the functions of clearing away heat, resolving phlegm, moistening lung and relieving cough. It can be used for cough,bloody phlegm caused by Yin deficiency and lung heat. At the end of the 20th century, the wild Fritillaria Pallidiflora was over mined, resulting in a shortage of wild Fritillaria Pallidiflora resources. However, in recent years, many places in Xinjiang have carried out artificial cultivation of Fritillaria Pallidiflora, and artificial cultivation has attracted much attention. Therefore, the resource shortage of Fritillaria Pallidiflora has been alleviated to some extent. In this paper, the chemical constituents, biological activities and cultivation of Fritillaria Pallidiflora were reviewed, which provided a reference for the development and utilization of medicinal resources of Fritillaria Pallidiflora.
