摘　　要：复方板蓝根颗粒是一种常见中药成方制剂,由板蓝根和大青叶2味药材经传统的水煎醇沉法制备而成,有清热解毒、凉血的功效,用于温病发热、风热感冒、咽喉肿烂。多年来,该制剂质量标准没有变化更新,制剂中有效成分的定性和定量研究还欠缺系统的整理。本文通过查阅近十年相关文献,对复方板蓝根颗粒的有效成分研究现状进行综述,以期为后续质量标准的提升提供参考。Compound radix isatidis granule is a common chinese medicine prescription preparation, prepared by the traditional decoction alcohol sinking method of isatis root and folium isatidis 2 flavor herbs, which have the effect of clearing heat, detoxification and cooling blood, and are used for warm fever, wind fever and cold, throat swelling is. Over the years, the quality standards of the preparation have not changed and updated, the qualitative and quantitative research on the active ingredients in the preparation has not been systematically sorted out. This paper reviews the current status of the active ingredients of the compound radix isatidis granule by consulting the relevant literature in the past ten years, in order to provide a reference for the subsequent improvement of quality standards.
