摘 要:新疆油田某区块位于新疆准噶尔盆地西部,随着该区块勘探开发的不断深入,原有井身结构开始显现出复杂事故多、钻井效率低等问题。为了解决该区块中部地层泥岩水敏性强,井壁垮塌、钻头泥包频发以及下部地层存在异常高压,漏失严重的问题,根据室内岩石地应力实验结果及现场地层破裂试验,建立了该区块地层三压力剖面,为井身结构优化设计提供有关压力系统的理论依据。结合地质特征确定了该区块的地质工程必封点。根据地质工程必封点,以减少钻井复杂事故为目标,把原有三开井身结构优化为二开复合井眼井身结构。该区块应用优化二开复合井眼井身结构后,钻井中复杂事故明显减少,均顺利完成钻井作业,平均钻井周期由前期的76 d缩短为目前的47 d,缩短38.15%。这表明,该区块采用优化后的井身结构,成功降低了钻井复杂、提高了钻井效率。With the continuous deepening of exploration and development of an oilfield in Xinjiang, the original wellbore structure began to show many problems such as complex accidents and low drilling efficiency, mainly due to the complex geological characteristics of the block and the lack of clear understanding of the formation pressure system. For this reason, the pore pressure, fracture pressure and collapse pressure of the formation are calculated by GMI software using the logging and logging data of the drilled wells, and the calculation results are corrected in combination with the lithological description of the formation and the results of the formation fracture test. The three-pressure profile of the block is obtained, and the geological engineering sealing point of the block is determined in combination with the geological characteristics. According to the necessary sealing points of geological engineering, the original third spud in wellbore structure is optimized to the second spud in composite wellbore structure with the goal of reducing complex drilling accidents. After the application of optimized secondary composite wellbore structure in this block, the complex accidents in drilling are significantly reduced, and drilling operations are successfully completed. The average drilling cycle is shortened from 76 days in the early stage to 47 days at present, which is 38.15 % shorter. This shows that an oilfield in Xinjiang has successfully reduced the complexity of drilling and improved the drilling efficiency by adopting the optimized wellbore structure.
