摘  要:运用一体化污水处理设备对市政污水进行处理实验,探讨了设备对COD、氨氮、总氮的去除效果,同时探究了设备运行能耗和停运后快速重启方法。结果表明,一体化污水处理设备对COD和氨氮的去除率分别达到95%~98%和70%~80%之间,设备运行吨水能耗低,短期停运(4 d)可快速重启恢复运行,长期停运(20 d)可通过添加葡萄糖恢复污泥活性,设备运行稳定可靠。The integrated sewage treatment equipment was used to treat the municipal sewage. The effect of the equipment on the removal of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen was discussed. At the same time, the energy consumption of the equipment and the quick restart after shutdown were explored. The results show that the integrated wastewater treatment equipment has a COD and ammonia nitrogen removal rate of 95 %~98 % and 70 %~80 %, respectively, and the energy consumption of the equipment is very low. The short-term shutdown(4d) can be quickly restarted and resumed. Discontinued(20 d) Sludge activity can be restored by adding glucose, and the equipment is stable and reliable.
