摘　　要：介绍了焚烧装置用来处理生产工艺中产生磷、氯、氮含量高的废液,整个工艺设计包含焚烧、烟气急冷、文丘里、高效洗涤塔、碱液洗涤、电除雾等,有机废液在焚烧后产生大量氮氧化物、灰分及二恶英,通过文丘里、两级洗涤、电除雾等去除,使之达标排放。Introduces the production technology of burning device for processing high phosphorus, chlorine and nitrogen content of waste liquor, the whole process design include burning, smoke so cold, venturi scrubber, efficient, alkali washing and electricity mist, organic waste liquid after burning to produce large amounts of nitrogen, ash content and dioxins, through the venturi, two levels of washing, the electric mist removal, such as discharging standard.
