摘 要:介绍一个高分子化学综合实验。首先,实验以过硫酸铵为氧化剂来诱导苯胺在四氯化碳-水的界面发生聚合反应制备聚苯胺。其次,也采用电化学聚合方法来制备聚苯胺。利用紫外-可见光谱和电化学工作站来对比研究两种方法得到的聚苯胺的结构特性和电化学性能。本实验通过学习苯胺的不同聚合方法,引发学生对聚合反应的思考,进一步了解聚苯胺电化学性质。实验过程涉及高分子化学、仪器分析及聚合物结构和性能表征等知识点。本实验的开展有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生运用专业知识的能力,从而培养学生的科研思维。This study introduces a comprehensive experiment of polymer chemistry. Firstly, ammonium persulfate is used as an oxidant to induce the interfacial polymerization of aniline at the interface of chloroform and water to prepare polyaniline. Secondly, electrochemical polymerization is also adopted to synthesize polyaniline. UV-vis spectroscopy and electrochemical workstation are used to compare the structures and electrochemical performance of polyaniline obtained by the two methods. By learning different polymerization methods of aniline, this experiment can guide students to think about the polymerization reactions and to further understand the electrochemical properties of polyaniline. The experimental process involves the knowledges of polymer chemistry, instrument analysis and the characterization of polymer structures and properties. This experiment is conducive to stimulating students’ interest in learning and improving students’ ability to use professional knowledges, so as to cultivate students’ scientific research thinking.
