长链烷基在改性硅油中的应用研究

摘　　要：有机硅油是一类非常重要的新型合成材料,对有机硅油(聚硅氧烷)的改性是近年来的研究热点,而采用长链烷基对其进行改性是其中之一。采用长链烷基改性有机硅油(聚硅氧烷)具有优异的润滑性、憎水性、消泡性、与皮肤友好的亲和性等特殊性能,在多个行业得到广泛的应用。本文综述了长链烷基改性有机硅油(聚硅氧烷)的合成方法、原料的选择以及其在日用化学品、消泡剂、脱模剂、润滑剂等领域的应用,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。Silicone oil is an important new type of synthetic material.In recent years,the modification of silicone oil(polysiloxane)has been a research hotspot,and the use of long-chain alkyl to modify it is one of the hot spots.The use of long-chain alkyl modified silicone oil(polysiloxane)has special properties such as excellent lubricity,hydrophobicity,defoaming,and skin-friendly affinity.It had been widely used in many industries.In this paper,the synthesis method of long-chain alkyl modified silicone oil(polysiloxane),selection of raw materials,and the applications of long-chain alkyl-modified silicone oils(polysiloxanes)in the fields of daily chemicals,defoaming agents,mold release agents,and lubricants were reviewed.Finally,the development trend was prospected.
