摘  要:松香是一种可再生生物质材料,把松香进行深加工,搭配同为环保涂料材料的丙烯酸酯树脂和单体,可制得不同物理性能的光固化涂料。研究表明,利用松香基及其衍生物,可对涂料进行性能改善。在光固化体系中,含有丙烯酸酯改性的松香基树脂通过光固化反应,聚合至涂膜里,能更好的保持配方的物理性能。通过添加松香基丙烯酸酯,可在多种基材中做出优秀的附着力,更是解决了光固化涂料在PET、PI,玻璃等材料难附着的问题。Rosin is a renewable biomass material,which can be further processed with acrylate resins and monomers,which are also environmentally friendly coating materials,to produce light-curing coatings with different physical properties.Research has shown that coatings can be improved in performance using rosin-based and its derivatives.In the UV-curing system,the rosin-based resin modified with acrylate is polymerised into the coating film through the light-curing reaction,which can better maintain the physical properties of the formulation.By adding rosin-based acrylates,excellent adhesion can be achieved on a wide range of substrates,solving the problem of difficult adhesion of light-cured coatings on PET,PI,glass and other materials.
