摘  要:桑叶中富含多种活性物质,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法快速分析桑叶提取物中挥发性成分并讨论其应用潜力。桑叶中油酸的提取实验结果表明:以正丁醇为溶剂,料液比1∶40,温度60℃,超声辅助提取30 min,桑叶提取物中油酸的GC含量最高,达到了60.4%。油酸在表面活性剂、医药、纺织及塑料等领域作为多种合成原料的中间体,具有良好的化工应用潜力。从植物中提取油酸,绿色环保,有益于发展绿色化工。Mulberry leaves are rich in many kinds of active substances.Volatile components in mulberry leaf extracts were quickly analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and their application potential was discussed.The experimental results of extracting oleic acid from mulberry leaves showed that the GC content of oleic acid in mulberry leaves extract was the highest,reaching 60.4%,with n-butanol as solvent,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40,temperature of 60℃,ultrasonic assisted extraction for 30 minutes.Oleic acid,as an intermediate of various synthetic raw materials in the fields of surfactant,medicine,textile and plastics,has good chemical application potential.Extracting oleic acid from plants is green and beneficial to the development of green chemical industry.
