摘 要:为建立经济、简便、有效的苦丁茶皂苷提取方法,采用正交法对小叶苦丁茶粗茶中皂苷提取,紫外分光光度法对其进行含量测定。结果表明:苦丁茶皂苷在λ=543 nm波长条件,在0.0089~0.0543 mg/mL的范围内线性关系良好,其标准曲线为y=13.124x+0.0479,R2=0.9985;小叶苦丁茶粗茶中皂苷提取工艺为:70%的乙醇,料液比为1∶10、提取时间为2 h、提取温度为70℃。本方法经济、简便,重复性好,可快速有效地从小叶苦丁茶粗茶中提取皂苷,为充分利用苦丁茶资源提供实践依据。To establish an economic,simple and effective method for saponins extraction from coarse tea of small leaf Kuding tea.The orthogonal method was used to extract the saponins from the Coarse tea of small leaf Kuding tea,and the content of saponins of Kuding tea was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer(λ=543 nm).The standard curve is y=13.124x+0.0479,R2=0.9985 and the linear relationship is good in the range of 0.0089~0.0543 mg/mL;The optimum extraction parameters for saponins extraction from coarse tea of small leaf Kuding tea were as follows:The solvent was 70%ethanol,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶10,the extraction time was 2 h and the extraction temperature was 70℃.This method is economical,simple and reproducible.It can be used to extract saponins from the coarse tea of small leaf Kuding tea quickly and effectively,which provides practical basis for rational and full utilization of Kuding tea resources.
