摘 要:设计研发了一台新型单台多级离心萃取器,其内部结构复杂,为获得离心萃取器中液液两相萃取过程的流动状态和相分布,利用CFD软件,采用欧拉-欧拉多相流模型,对两级离心萃取器内混合-澄清过程进行数值模拟。通过气-液-液三相模拟结果表明:离心萃取器结构基本合理,有机相和水相能够形成逆流流动;稳定运行过程,空气集中在离心萃取器中心区域,气液界面基本与轻相堰和溢流堰的径向位置相当。In order to obtain the flow state and phase distribution of the liquid-liquid two-phase extraction process in the centrifugal extractor,a new single multi-stage centrifugal extractor with a complex internal structure was designed and developed,and the Eulerian-Eulerian multiphase flow model was used to numerically simulate the mixing-clarification process in the two-stage centrifugal extractor using CFD software.The results of the gas-liquid-liquid simulation show that the structure of the centrifugal extractor is basically reasonable,and the organic and aqueous phases can form a counter-flow;during steady operation,the air is concentrated in the central region of the centrifugal extractor,and the gas-liquid interface is basically comparable to the radial position of the light phase weir and the overflow weir.
