摘 要:随着煤制油技术的不断发展,为了实现煤焦油全组分的利用,煤焦油加氢在此环境下不断进行了技术改革和发展,煤焦油的全馏分的利用已经成为了一个新的发展趋势。本文介绍了近年来我国在煤焦油全馏分加氢技术方面技术进展,分析了国内外煤焦油全馏分加氢技术发展现状,主要分析了固定床加氢、沸腾床加氢及悬浮床加氢三种类型的加氢技术,同时也分析了具体的工业应用进展,最后探讨了煤焦油加氢技术未来发展趋势及前景。With the continuous development of coal-to-oil technology,in order to realize the utilization of all components of coal tar,coal tar hydrogenation has been continuously reformed and developed in this environment,and the utilization of all fractions of coal tar has become a new development trend.In this paper,the progress of coal tar hydrogenation technology in China in recent years is introduced,and coal tar hydrogenation technologies at home and abroad are analyzed,including three types of hydrogenation technologies:fixed bed hydrogenation,fluidized bed hydrogenation and suspended bed hydrogenation.The process characteristics and industrial application has further analyzed,at the same time discussed the coal tar hydrogenation technology development trend and prospect in the future.
