摘 要:磷矿渣是电炉法提炼黄磷时所得到的熔融炉渣经过水淬急冷后得到的颗粒状副产物。简要介绍了磷矿渣的化学组成和矿物组成,详细分析了磷矿渣活性的物理激发方法和化学激发方法以及这两者的激发效果。从磷矿渣矿化剂,磷矿渣的缓凝现象,磷矿渣对水泥浆体性能的影响和碱激发磷矿渣胶凝材料等4个方面论述了磷矿渣在水泥工业中的应用与研究。Phosphorous slag was a granulated byproduct made by the water quenching technology from the electric furnace smelting process of yellow phosphorus.The chemical compositions and mineralogy of phosphorous slag were introduced in this article.The pozzolanic activating methods of phosphorous slag were analyzed from the physically-activated way and the chemically-activated way.Related applications and research were detailedly reviewed from four aspects,which included mineralizer made by phosphorous slag,setting retardation of phosphorous slag,effects of phosphorous slag on cement pastes and alkaline activated phosphorous slag composite binders.
