摘  要:本文主要研究了陶瓷膜回收造纸黑液中的木质素。分析了多种造纸黑液的组成成分,并确定木浆黑液作为最优的原料来源,主要表现在木质素含量高,且杂质含量少。分别优化了陶瓷膜孔径和操作参数(温度、操作压力和膜面流速)对陶瓷膜回收木质素的影响,其最优结果为:陶瓷膜孔径为4 nm,温度为70℃,操作压力为7 bar,膜面流速为4 m/s,陶瓷膜过滤平均通量可达135 kg/(m^(2)·h),木质素的收率为88%,纯度为90%,固形物为20%。对比了陶瓷膜和有机膜两种工艺对黑液的回收效果,以处理量5 m3/h为研究对象,从膜产品的性能、木质素成品的品质、总投资和运行成本综合考虑,陶瓷膜更适合木浆黑液中木素的回收。Recovery of lignin from black liquor by ceramic membrane was studied in this paper.The composition of many kinds of paper black liquor was analyzed,and the wood pulp black liquor was determined as the best source of raw material,which mainly showed high lignin content and less impurity content.Ceramic membrane pore size was optimized and operating parameters(temperature,operating pressure and flow rate)at the membrane surface of ceramic membrane recycling lignin,the influence of the optimal result is:the ceramic membrane pore size is 4 nm,the temperature is 70℃,the operating pressure of 7 bar,the membrane surface velocity of 4 m/s,average ceramic membrane filtration flux of up to 135 kg/(m2·h),lignin,the yield was 88%,the purity of 90%,20%solids.The recovery effect of ceramic membrane and organic membrane on black liquor was compared.Taking the treatment capacity of 5 m3/h as the research object,considering the properties of membrane products,quality of lignin products,total investment and operation cost,ceramic membrane is more suitable for the recovery of lignin from wood pulp black liquor.
