摘 要:在某核电厂固体废物处理系统废活性炭水泥固化调试期间,废活性炭脱水计量、排放出现异常,无法实现自动计量废活性炭,以及废活性炭水泥固化体表面存在异常大量气泡的问题制约着实现废活性炭水泥固化。经过研究改造,在不进行设备、管线实体修改的前提下,针对废活性炭的特性,重新编写废活性炭脱水计量、排放的PLC控制程序,以及改变脱水后再次加水进行排放的方式,实现自动计量废活性炭。通过调整废活性炭含水率解决水泥固化体表面存在异常大量气泡的问题。实现国内核电首次废活性炭水泥固化工程应用,为后续核电项目进行废活性炭水泥固化设计、调试、运行提供工程实践参考。During the commissioning of waste activated carbon cement solidification of solid waste treatment system in a nuclear power plant,the dehydration measurement and discharge of waste activated carbon were abnormal,the automatic measurement of waste activated carbon could not be realized,and there were abnormally large numbers of bubbles on the surface of waste activated carbon cement solidification body,which restricted the realization of waste activated carbon cement solidification.After research and transformation,on the premise of not modifying the equipment and pipeline entities,according to the characteristics of waste activated carbon,the PLC control program for dehydration measurement and discharge of waste activated carbon is rewritten,and the way of adding water again for discharge after dehydration is changed to realize automatic measurement of waste activated carbon.By adjusting the moisture content of waste activated carbon,the problem of abnormally large number of bubbles on the surface of cement solidified body can be solved.Realize the first application of waste activated carbon cement solidification project in domestic nuclear power,and provide engineering practice reference for the solidification design,commissioning and operation of waste activated carbon cement in subsequent nuclear power projects.
