摘　　要：介绍了回转式焚烧炉装置用来处理生产工艺中产生的固体废物。因工业固体废物成分的多样性,焚烧产生的污染物的化学、物理性质及产生的总量会有非常大的不同。而在焚烧炉焚烧过程中会产生如耐火材料脱落、炉内结焦、余热锅炉的管壁腐蚀、产生二噁英等问题。针对这些问题,介绍了回转式焚烧炉耐火材料的寿命及脱落问题解决措施,焚烧工业废物防止炉内结焦的措施,余热锅炉的管壁防腐技术措施;烟气净化技术问题的解决措施。The treatment of solid waste in the production process by rotary incinerator is introduced.Because of the complexity of the composition of industrial waste,the physical and chemical properties of the pollutants produced by incineration will also vary greatly.In the incineration process of the incinerator,such as refractory falling off,coking,waste heat boiler tube corrosion,dioxins and other problems.In view of these problems,the paper introduces the measures to solve the problems of life and falling off of the refractory in rotary incinerator,the measures to prevent coking by incinerating industrial waste,and the technical measures to prevent corrosion of the tube wall of waste heat boiler.Measures to solve technical problems of flue gas purification.
