摘  要:基于水泥乳化沥青混合料强度和疲劳性能与其结构层受力特性不相适应的问题,提出采用纤维稳定剂改善水泥乳化沥青混合料的柔韧性;通过低温弯曲试验和弯曲疲劳试验评价玄武岩纤维对水泥乳化沥青混合料柔韧性能的影响及影响显著性,对比掺有玄武岩纤维、聚酯纤维、聚丙烯纤维的水泥乳化沥青混合料力学强度与路用性能差异;并采用Bisar3.0软件分析了铺有水泥乳化沥青混合料、纤维水泥乳化沥青混合料的路面结构力学响应。结果表明:玄武岩纤维有效改善了AC-25型水泥乳化沥青混合料的柔韧性,基于性价比较优的考虑,推荐玄武岩纤维掺量为0.2%~0.3%、纤维长度为9 mm;玄武岩纤维对水泥乳化沥青混合料柔韧性、劈裂强度的改善效果劣于聚酯纤维,但掺有玄武岩纤维的混合料具有更高的抗压强度、抗压回弹模量、抗车辙性能和抗松散性能,整体性能更好;该混合料铺筑在高等级沥青路面下面层中,可有效降低沥青混合料层的拉应变和剪应力值,分别降低约16.0%和4.8%,路面发生疲劳开裂和车辙病害的概率减小。研究成果可为水泥乳化沥青混合料在路面结构中应用及病害控制提供参考依据。In view of the problem that the strength and fatigue properties of cement emulsified asphalt mixture are not compatible with the mechanical properties of the structural layer, a fiber stabilizer is proposed to improve the flexibility of cement emulsified asphalt mixture. The influence and significance of basalt fiber on the flexibility of cement emulsified asphalt mixture are evaluated by low temperature bending test and bending fatigue test, and the mechanical strength and road performance difference of cement emulsified asphalt mixture mixed with basalt fiber, polyester fiber and polypropylene fiber are compared. The mechanical response of asphalt pavement with cement emulsified asphalt mixture or fiber cement emulsified asphalt mixture is analyzed by Bisar3.0 software. The results show that: basalt fiber effectively improves the flexibility of AC-25 cement emulsified asphalt mixture. Based on the consideration of better cost performance, the recommended basalt fiber content is 0.2%~0.3%, and the fiber length is 9 mm;The improvement effect of basalt fiber on the flexibility and splitting strength of cement emulsified asphalt mixture is inferior to that of polyester fiber, but the mixture mixed with basalt fiber has higher compressive strength, compressive rebound modulus, rutting resistance and anti-loose performance, and the overall performance is better. The mixture is laid in the lower layer of high-grade asphalt pavement, which can effectively reduce the tensile strain and shear stress value of the asphalt mixture layer by about 16.0% and 4.8%, respectively, and reduce the probability of fatigue cracking and rutting on the pavement. The research results provide reference for the application of cement emulsified asphalt mixture in pavement structure and defects control.
