摘 要:在伍家岗长江大桥建设中,设计并使用了悬索桥主缆智能化牵引架设系统。该系统通过LoRa等无线通信技术,将卷扬机的牵引绳长、张力、绳速,拽拉器位置,索股张力等关键数据汇集至控制中心,完成索股的智能化牵引控制,并通过远程终端来观测和控制索股架设。工程应用效果表明,系统的远程监测和控制响应延时分别在50 ms和2 s内,索股拽拉器定位精度和牵引力监测精度分别为±5 cm和±2%,实现了主缆架设施工的标准化、规范化与高效率。In the construction of the Wujiagang Yangtze River Bridge, the intelligent traction and erection system for main cable is designed and applied. The system collects key data such as the length, tension, rope speed, position of the puller, and strand tension of the hoist to the control center through wireless communication technologies such as LoRa, and completes the intelligent traction control of the strands, and observes and controls the erection of cable strands through a remote terminal. The project practice effect shows that the response delay of remote monitoring and control of this system is within 50 ms and 2 s respectively, and the positioning accuracy of cable puller and traction force monitoring accuracy are ±5 cm and ±2% respectively, which realizes the standardization, normalization and high efficiency of main cable erection construction.
