摘 要:为了解决公路工程生命周期各阶段信息协同性差、公路工程建筑信息模型(BIM)与造价工程量清单缺乏关联等问题,首先运用工作分解结构(WBS)对公路工程进行分解进而形成公路工程模型构件与工程量清单之间的关联关系,其次对BIM模型中构件的分类编码体系和工程量清单分类编码体系进行分析关联,再次分析公路BIM模型与造价关联的重点和难点并提出解决方法,最后提出一种基于公路工程BIM模型的各个构件自动挂接上对应的清单和定额的模型,实现实时计算造价清单、模型参数变化造价信息自动修改的功能。此外,利用BIM技术与清单关联,简化了工程量的计算,使得各阶段的数据无缝衔接,有助于实现全过程的造价管理。In order to resolve the problems of poor information synergy in each stage of the life cycle of highway projects and lacking correlation between the building information model(BIM) and the cost bill of quantities, firstly, the work breakdown structure(WBS) is used to decompose the highway project to form the correlation relationship between the highway model components and the bill of quantities. Then, the classification coding system and the bill of quantities classification coding system of the components in the BIM model are analyzed and correlated. The key points and difficulties associated with the cost of the highway BIM model are analyzed again and solutions are proposed. Finally, a model based on the corresponding list and quota on the automatic connecting of each construction of the highway engineering BIM model is proposed to realize the real-time calculation of the cost list, the function of automatic modification of model parameter change cost information. In addition, the use of BIM technology to associate the list simplifies the calculation of engineering quantities, makes the data of each stage seamless, and helps to realize the cost management of the whole process.
