摘  要:基于沥青路面坑槽修复特点,从磁控管、微波传输系统、微波谐振系统、微波控制系统等部分进行了便携式微波加热设备的研制;使用研制的样机对不同材料类型、毛体积密度和含水率的沥青混合料进行了加热升温速度测试,设备能够在15 min内,将混合料加热至140℃以上,具有良好的加热效果。试验数据表明:使用玄武岩骨料、毛体积密度更小的混合料在微波加热条件下升温速度更快;含水率对微波加热沥青混合料的升温速度具有双面影响,即随着含水率的增大,升温速度先增快后降低,并在4%时具有良好的促进效果。Based on the characteristics of asphalt pavement potholes repairing, the portable microwave heating equipment is developed with the consideration of the magnetrons, microwave transmission system, microwave resonance system, microwave control system and other parts. The heating rate test of the asphalt mixture is carried out with different materials types, gross bulk density and rate of water content. The equipment can heat the mixture to above 140 ℃ within 15 minutes, which shows a good heating effect. The experiment data show that the heating rate of the mixture with basalt aggregate and the lower bulk density is faster under microwave heating, and the moisture content has a double-sided effect on the heating rate of the microwave-heated asphalt mixture, that is, with the increase of the rate of water content, the heating rate first increases and then decreases, and it has a positive effect with the rate of water content at 4%.
