摘　　要：目的应用经直肠彩色多普勒超声(TRUS)对前列腺增生(PH)和前列腺癌(PCa)患者进行前列腺检查,比较分析两者彩超方面的特点。方法选取2021年5月至2022年8月延边大学附属医院泌尿外科收治的列腺增生(PH)和前列腺癌(PCa)患者共152例,所有对象均行TRUS检查并根据穿刺结果分为PH组(88例)和PCa组(64例)。记录两组TRUS二维声像图特点、彩色多普勒(CDFI)血流分布情况及血流动力学参数并进行比较分析。结果两组的二维声像图相比较,在内部结节位置、形态、回声均匀程度上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CDFI显示PCa组患者的收缩期血流速度(Vs)、舒张期血流速度(Vd)和阻力指数(RI)高于PH组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TRUS能够在CDFI及血流动力学方面对PH与PCa进行有效的鉴别,具有重要的临床诊断价值。Objective To compare and analyze the characteristics of transrectal color Doppler ultrasound(TRUS)in prostate gland hyperplasia(PH)and prostate cancer(PCa).Methods From May 2021 to August 2022,152 patients with PH(88 cases)and PCa(64 cases)admitted to the Department of Urology,Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University were selected.All subjects underwent TRUS examination and were divided into PH group and PCa group according to the puncture results.Two groups of TRUS 2-dimensional sonogram characteristics,color Doppler(CDFI)blood flow distribution and hemodynamic parameters were recorded and compared.Results There was no significant difference in the position,shape and uniformity of the internal nodules between the PH group and the PCa group(P>0.05).CDFI showed that systolic blood flow velocity(Vs),diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd)and resistance index(RI)in PCa group were higher than those in PH group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TRUS can effectively distinguish PH from PCa in terms of CDFI and hemodynamics,and has important clinical diagnostic value.
