摘 要:目的评价子午流注择时五行音乐疗法对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后睡眠质量和疲劳程度的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月大连医科大学附属第二医院心脏重症监护室(CCU)收治的100例首次发生AMI且急诊行PCI术的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(50例)与对照组(50例),对照组采用常规五行音乐疗法,试验组采用子午流注择时五行音乐疗法,比较两组患者干预8周后的睡眠质量、日间疲劳程度。结果干预8周后,两组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总分、各维度得分及Flinders疲劳量表(FFS)总分均低于本组干预前,且试验组患者的PSQI总评分、主观睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能等维度的评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者干预8周后FFS总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注择时五行音乐疗法能有效改善AMI患者的睡眠质量,减轻日间疲劳程度,相比于单纯使用五行音乐疗法效果更佳。Objective To evaluate the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow of five-element music therapy on sleep quality and fatigue in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 100 patients first occurred AMI and adopted emergency PCI and treated in Cardiac Intensive Care Unit(CCU)of the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the research group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional five-element music therapy,and the research group was given the midnight-noon ebb-flow of five-element music therapy.Sleep quality,daytime fatigue were compared between two groups after an 8-week intervention.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)total score and the score of each dimension,the Flinders fatigue scale(FFS)total score in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,the PSQI total score,the subjective sleep quality score,sleep duration score,sleep disturbance score,and daytime function score of the research group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total FFS score of the research group was lower than that of the control group after 8 weeks of intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The midnight-noon ebb-flow of five-element music therapy can effectively improve the sleep quality and reduce daytime fatigue,better than five-element music therapy alone.
