摘　　要：本文分析了铝塑包装多层结构因熟化不彻底造成的分层、耐热性差等质量问题的原因,提出先后采用了干式复合、无溶剂复合工艺的结构,应采取分步熟化的生产方式,以确保熟化完全,杜绝后工序的质量隐患。This paper analyzes the causes of quality problems such as delamination and poor heat resistance caused by incomplete curing of themulti-layer structure of aluminum-plastic packaging.Then,it is proposed that forthe structure that adopts dry compositing and solvent-free compositing processes,the step-by-step curing production method should be adopted to ensure complete curing and eliminate the quality hidden dangers of the subsequent process.
