摘　　要：碳纤维材料在机械性能上优于目前常用的金属材料,由其制作的版辊芯轴重量轻、刚性强、强度高,在高速运行测试中性能稳定,可以保证优异的套印及网点还原效果。碳纤维材料的使用,可以有效提升卫星式柔印机的使用性能。Carbon fiber material is better than the commonlyused metal materials in terms of mechanical properties,and the plate roller mandrel made by it has light weight,strong rigidity,high strength,and stable performance in high-speed operation test,which can ensure excellent overprinting and dot restoration effect.The use of carbon fiber materials can effectively improve the performance of satellite flexographic printing machines.
