摘  要:利用放电等离子烧结技术制备全致密HDDR磁体,分别采用热变形,磁场取向的方法实现磁体的各向异性。对HDDR一次热压成型各向异性磁体进行了研究并探讨了其织构形成机制和矫顽力机理。将HDDR磁粉按照磁场取向成型→等静压→热压工艺制备全致密各向异性热压磁体,磁性能为H_(cj)=7.61 kOe,B_(r)=11.02 kGs,(BH)_(max)=21.54 MGOe,物相分析结果显示热压过程成功获得织构。The fully dense HDDR magnets were prepared by spark plasma sintering.The anisotropy of the magnets was achieved by hot deformation and magnetic field orientation.The anisotropic magnet formed by HDDR hot pressed was studied and the mechanism of texture and coercivity was discussed.The anisotropic and full dense hot-pressed magnet was prepared with the technology of magnetic alignment of the HDDR powders,isostatic pressing and hot pressing,presenting the magnetic properties of H_(cj)=7.61 kOe,B_(r)=11.02 kGs,(BH)_(max)=21.54 MGOe.The results of physical phase analysis showed that the texture was obtained successfully during the hot pressing process.
