摘  要:针对内热式浓硫酸高温焙烧白云鄂博稀土精矿,研究了在焙烧尾气处理、焙烧及水浸出、中和除杂及萃取分离过程中氟的存在形式及行为。在焙烧尾气处理过程中,由于尾气温度的降低,氟的存在形式也不同,在使用有机胺吸收二氧化硫时,其与有机胺发生反应,形成新的有机氟盐。在焙烧过程中,对焙烧矿进行了XRD、SEM和EDS表征分析,发现影响氟的存在形式是多方面的,其影响因素不同,存在形式也不同。在对水浸液中和除杂的过程中,发现随pH值的升高,水浸液中的氟呈现规律性变化,从而分析得出氟在水浸液中的存在形式。在使用萃取剂P_(507)对水浸液进行萃取分离时,在煤油的还原作用下,发现氟的存在形式发生了转变,并且随萃取体系酸度变化而变化。BaiyunObo rare earth concentrate was roasted at high temperature with concentrated sulfuric acid by internal heat rotary kiln.The existence forms and behaviors of fluorine were studied in the process of roasting tail gas treatment, roasting and water leaching, neutralization purification and extraction separation. The existence form of fluorine was different because of the tail gas temperature drops in the process of roasting tail gas treatment, and when organic amine was used to absorb sulfur dioxide, fluorine may react with organic amine to form new organic fluorine salts. The roasted ore was characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS,it was found that the factors affecting the form of fluorine were various, and the form of fluorine varied with the influencing factors.It was found that the fluorine content in water leaching solution varied regularly with the increase of neutralizing pH in the process of neutralization purification, and the existing form of fluorine in water leaching solution was speculated.When the extraction agent P_(507)was used in extraction separation of rare earth ions, it was found that the form of fluorine was changed because of the reduction effect of kerosene in the extraction system, and the form of fluorine changed with the acidity of the extraction system.
